Renee’ Sites, our current President, has stepped into her role with excitement. She looks forward to helping facilitate changes and growth for Oklahoma Deaf/Hard of Hearing community for the next two years. Renee’ is from Sulphur, Oklahoma and a 1991 graduate of OSD. She was our Miss. Deaf Oklahoma in 1993.  She is a graduate of East Central University in Ada Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Counseling/Services to the Deaf. She interned at TSHA in fall of 2015 and from there she was hired to become TSHA’s Deaf Services Specialist and is now living in Broken Arrow, OK. She  works strongly through TSHA to actively educate and serve our Deaf and Hard of Hearing population in many different areas, including but not limited to advocacy. Renee’ has one son, Brandon Sites, 22 years old, and a niece, nephew, sister and brother in law---all  who also graduated from OSD.

John Reininger is the Treasurer for OAD. He is a long time advocate of the Deaf Community who has spent most of his adult life recognizing and fighting for the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

John currently serves as Co-Chair for the ADA Committee for the City of Midwest City, Secretary for Oklahoma City Association for the Deaf (OKCAD), an activist for Deaf Grassroots United of Oklahoma (DGMU), and Coordinator for Deaf Awareness Day (DAD) at the Oklahoma State Fair.

Prior to becoming Treasurer for OAD John served as an Member at Large for OAD, Auditor for OKCAD, and board member for Central Oklahoma Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (COADHI).

In 2009 he was been recognized by OKCAD for his work in bringing Deafnation Expo to Oklahoma City. The State Fair of Oklahoma recognized John for his work as Deaf Awareness Day Coordinator in 2016.

John is a graduate of the Oklahoma School for the Deaf and comes from a large Deaf family. He Is married to Roshea and has three kids, two of whom are Deaf. He holds two Associate's Degrees from Oklahoma State University. One in Architecture and the other in Building Inspection.





Member At Large: Chris Reagle of Sulphur, OK

Christopher Reagle is a 2-year Member at Large. He wants to see OAD become strong and stable. Chris is currently a Deputy Commissioner of SWSAD (SouthWest Softball Association of the Deaf) and also an assist Representative of DGMU (Deaf Grassroots Movement United). He believes that all Deaf People to have equal access and be able of free barrier. Chris works at Oklahoma School for the Deaf as Recreation Activities Specialist II/Coach, soon to be 27 years there, and also works with Deaf Crew by Deaf Owner as Construction Builder. He enjoys having 24/7 communication accessible with his two jobs.

Chris enjoys working on wood projects and also is a distributor of Xtreme Green with their variety of products. Chris is married to Dalshell Reagle and they will be celebrating 30 years wedding anniversary this August. Chris and Dalshell have 4 children and twin granddaughters. 

His past board: SWSAD Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner, OAD President (2 terms)/Board, SCAD( Sulphur Community Association of the Deaf) President/Board, DCC (Deaf Concerns Council) Board at OSD, TAD (Tulsa Association of the Deaf) President/Board. 

Education: Gallaudet University, Tulsa Community College and East Central University, OSU-OKC, Teaching ASL Sports for workshops.


Member At Large: Jennifer Boss of Broken Arrow, OK

Jennifer Boss is our 4 Year Member at Large. After serving a recent term as MAL, Jennifer is excited to continue working with OAD and being on the board. She thrives on learning as many things as possible and realizes the importance of preserving the civil rights of Deaf and Hard of Hearing consumers in Oklahoma. She is a graduate of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and currently resides there with her husband Ryan and their 3 children and her 3 step-children. She is currently a co-leader for her GLOW Bible Study group in Tulsa and works at TSHA as a Community Resource Assistant/Technical Administrator. She hopes to soon be able to continue her studies at Tulsa Community College for her Associates Degree.  Jennifer enjoys working at TSHA, spending time with her family and learning how she can step forward to continue educating and learning about our Deaf Community.



Member At Large: Miranda Pollard Of Moore, OK

Miranda pollard is your six year Member at large. This is Miranda's second term at being an MAL. She is currently in college to become an Deaf Education teacher. She is looking forward to what she can bring to OAD. She resides in moore with her deaf daughter, Kya.
