Hey, y’all! My name is Meghan Presley and I am Deaf. I was born in Grove, OK on November 11, 1992. I grew up living in Vinita, OK while attending Broken Arrow Public School in Broken Arrow, OK until I graduated in 2011. I started working at Simmons in July 2013 and moved to Grove, OK. I met my husband, Michael, at Simmons and he wanted to learn sign language, so I taught him. After a while, we both fell in love with each other and got married two years later on October 10, 2015! During that time, I quit working at Simmons and attended Tulsa Community College in Fall 2015. Two and a half years later, I graduated with an associate’s degree in Deaf Education in Fall 2017, then transferred to Oklahoma State University in Spring 2018. I am currently working on a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at OSU while working at TCC as an ASL Lab Specialist. I have two step-children, Mallory, my oldest step-daughter and Ethan, my youngest step-son. I also have a mini-dachshund and her name is Poco!
Whats your favorite childhood toy?
